The presentation of a Casualty Simulation Kit to 305 Army Cadet Unit by the President David Alexander-Fleming was well received by the cadets with them diving right in and trying on some of the simulated wounds.
A supper was provided by the staff of the unit who were thrilled with the donation.
“As the holder of the First Aid Trophy from last Annual Camp, we are really looking forward to using this kit to hone our skills for this year’s competition”
said the unit commander SGT(AAC) Lindsay Burke.
“First Aid is a vital skill and something we have invested in with most of our cadets level 2 qualified.”
The unit also agreed to sell our CPR keyrings to help fund our work.
