St. Andrew’s Presents 306 ACU with a Casualty Simulation Kit

President David Alexander-Fleming was delighted to visit 306 Army Cadet Unit Monash tonight and present them an Advanced Casualty Simulation Kit.

St Andrew’s First Aid were more than happy to respond to a request for support from 306ACU Officer Commanding Captain (AAC) Craig Batten for the kit to be used to enhance their first aid training. Cadet Yohan Perera accepted the kit on behalf of the unit and presented St Andrew’s with a unit plaque to acknowledge the gift.

“These kits cost over $1,000 and we know that every dollar is so hard to raise so we are delighted to be able to help out”

said David during the presentation.

The very next lesson that the cadets had was on first aid and are looking forward to utilising the kit on their next field exercise.
